My project is a request to purchase a bulletin board for my classroom. We are a fairly new charter school with limited funds to purchase supplies for our classrooms. The room I am currently in is small with limited opportunities to display student work and achievements. Having a bulletin board will allow me to display student work which will create a sense of pride in my small and diverse classroom. Students will be able to see their work displayed as well as the work from their other classmates. It will foster classroom discussions and an opportunity for cooperative learning by seeing other student's work.
