My students have taken on the challenge of learning a new language. We have fun in class using storytelling for language acquisition and now they want to take on the challenge of reading in Spanish. This books will help my students with their reading, listening and comprehension skills in a fun way. The authentic resource magazine will give them the opportunity to explore Spanish cultures in a real world perspective. Instead of textbook activities and written bell work, we have started Free Volunteer Reading. The students love it and it gives them a sense of ownership because, they can choose what to read instead of everybody doing the same workbook activity.
