My second graders are excited to learn something new every day! I recently became their new teacher, and we are quickly becoming a supportive community of learners. The majority of our class is Native American and half the students are English language learners. All students receive free breakfast and lunch at school. I seek to make school a safe and welcoming second home for students, to help them develop into lifelong learners, and to encourage them to become positive role models and leaders.
