We are able to have smooth transitions between activities. I am able to introduce lessons using different materials and still engaging students to participate. The headphones were needed for a variety of Ipad programs required. The Trace & Write was a reinforcement for students, and for different purposes. The tactile letters is a great way to have students use their sensory to engage, especially for confusing alphabet letters.\r\nStudents were amazed to have boxes delivered for them and use these materials to enhance their learning. The current lesson is in my intervention groups, where I am able to take these materials out and use them for different purposes. My struggling group are tracing and writing the alphabet letters. All students are identifying and writing, with same materials, the high frequency words. All students are enjoying the discovery and usage of the materials. It is satisfying to know that donors like yourself made these lessons and activities more engaging. With generous donations like yourself, we were able to get a set for every student. The students were excited to hear that they were able to take books home to read. This would encourage students to read on their own for the summer, instead of being on technology. For many students this would be their first brand new books to read and keep. Parents even asked if their child would be able to get books for the summer.\r\nStudents will be reading for enjoyment, while increasing their vocabulary knowledge, because these books introduce many vocabulary words. Students would be able to understand the vocabulary/phrases using context clues or referring to the picture.\r\nIn our classroom we have scheduled time for partner reading, so students would be able to set time at home to read also. All students enjoyed these books for its colorful pictures, integrated rhyming words, enhanced creativity, and its predictability.
