I am teaching 9th grade physics and also running a math/science support class in a brand new school. I will need markers and colored pencils to help students explore math and science visually. Many of my students are artistic, so these art supplies will help me teach to their learning style. They will give my students the supplies they need to learn math and science to their best ability. I will also need a classroom set of calculators because many of my students cannot afford their own and will need to borrow one in the classroom. Many of my students have math blocks and not having a calculator can put them at a significant learning disadvantage.
