My students need Multi-Ethnic School Doll Set, Nonfiction Emergent Readers, Read to Reading Activity Center, Fiction Sight-Word Readers and Sight-Word Sandwiches Activity Center to develop my students emergent reading skills. My class has several students who are ready to begin developing their emergent reading skills. Using the Lakeshore Multi-Ethnic dolls, they will have the opportunity to read to the dolls and each other to build confidence in their abilities. Currently, we have 2 dolls in our room that have been here for several years. They need replaced. Children use dolls to learn to solve social problems. We currently have no materials in our classroom to support students' emergent reading skills, so by having these materials listed, our goal is to challenge students to be ready for Kindergarten. The Lakeshore Nonfiction Emergent Readers, Road to Reading Activity Center, Lakeshore Fiction Sight-Word Readers - Level 1, and the Sight word Sandwiches activity Center will give our students the skills needed to be ready for Kindergarten. Our parents do not have access to materials at home to support their children's education, so school is very valuable to our families. We want the give them all the advantages we can!
