Many of my students do not have access to computers or printers/scanners at home. Though our school has laptops for the students to use, they do not have access to print anything or scan the work they created. This printer/scanner will allow my students to integrate technology into their curriculum and allow them to use multiple modes of representation. They will also then be able to share their work digitally through the class website I would like to create! For example, I would like the students to illustrate their writing pieces, and going further than simply displaying their work in the classroom, I would like for them to be able to upload and share their work with other children.
