Our classroom is a pretty small space, so anything I can do to open it up and allow the students more space to move and learn is very important! I plan on removing my large desk and replacing it with the small night stand and storage caddy that I am requesting so my students have more space around the room to work and read! My students also need bouncy bands for their chairs which will give them some movement as they work. We are trying to make our classroom a place that welcomes learning. With that being said, there are many papers and anchor charts around the room that are beginning to fall down because they are not laminated. The laminating machine would allow student work and resources to be preserved.
