Hi, I'm Coach Allen, and if you'd asked me 5 years ago if I would ever teach, I would have said, "HECK NO!" With 4 years of teaching now under my belt, I can easily say that their is no way I could ever do anything but teach. I am one of the 11th grade advisers, and I teach PE and Lifetime Wellness at my high school. My classroom contains all high school grade levels, of all interests. In my class, I strive to ensure that ALL of my students know that they are loved and valued, and I encourage my students to set a goal, make a plan, and press forward to completion. The purpose of all of my projects is to provide more, and various, opportunities for my students to experience something different. Whether it's getting outside into the wild, or sending your mind into another world via literature, or strengthening your body while you strengthen your character. Advancement is possible, and it is worth it.
