SB School is in a rural, fly-only village in bush Alaska. Many of our students require online, distance learning options for enrichment, credit recovery, and vocational/technology training otherwise unavailable in locations this remote. Living in remote locations, connected only by plane and vast expanses of wilderness, students frequently find themselves without the things students in more populated places take for granted. Often, students have no access to the internet. Please help fund our chromebook project. Chromebooks will provide easier access to distance learning, social media networking capabilities, and the state-of-the-art technology necessary to prepare students to be competitive in an ever increasingly digital world.
