These materials will help my classroom by providing students with research based reading strategies to improve fluency. The projector will allow me to really zone in on these strategies in small and whole group instruction. This project is an investment in the future of my students! I am requesting an inexpensive document camera and Time for Kids and SuperScience magazines that will benefit my students. I want to imbed strategies each day as part of our language and reading experience. Science magazines and expository magazines are a great way for my students to become more familiar with the English language. They will have the opportunity to improve their critical thinking skills. They have learned how to read, now they need to learn how to read to learn. Thank you!
