The benefit of using Osmo's Ipad gaming accessory will allow my students access to STEAM (an educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics). With increasing emphasis on process-based learning, my students will be able to apply their curiosities at using reflective "artificial intelligence." This engineering is crucial to my students' success. These multi-sensory tools will be used to directly teach my students new skills, such as logic skills and problem solving, and it will help my students succeed in an increasingly digital world. Also, the use of Osmo is an alternative tool for teaching to some of my special needs population that includes Autism, ADHD and Speech Impairments. Lastly, these tools will create useful and engaging and fun experience for all of my students throughout the day--keeping them excited and eager to learn.
