My scholars need 3D materials to explore new forms of Art! The variety of building materials will allow them to explore sculpture and architecture. They will also let scholars explore and try out examples of Art that we study. Learning about how magnatiles stick together and how stone blocks can balance will also give them real life experience with science concepts! The fact that they are reusable means there is endless opportunity for building, breaking down and redesigning. Having building materials to explore will help my scholars think about new art forms! Most of our art work in two dimensional, painting and drawing. These Art stations will help them see that Art can be many things. It will also help inspire them with the possibilities of careers in the Art world!
