I am asking for sweaters to help my students stay warm while they commute to school during the fall and winter months. Many students wear short sleeved uniform shirts, and their parents can't afford to buy them sweaters that will help keep them warm. My students are driven to work hard and be the change we want to see in the world. They should not be embarrassed because their sweaters are too short or too big because they are hand-me-downs. I want my students to be confident and comfortable while they are learning. Looking professional puts them on the right path to acting professional and putting forth their best efforts.
