My film appreciation and theatre classes are full of students that are taking a class that is new and unique to them. Not every student has an outlet of a sport, but can find their place in the Fine Arts with Film and Theatre. To help my students learn amid the pandemic, I could use updated technology. With technology always changing, I have found that the resources I have in my classroom are dated. To bring my dream learning activities to life, I’d love to get a new, smart, flatscreen television for my classroom. I will be able to bypass all of the extra cables and plugs needed to connect my laptop to the smartboard with screen share. This also allows me to move freely around the room while teaching and not be stuck in one location. Also, I will be able to rearrange seating to better equip the theatre performances and film viewings in the stage space that is built into my room.
