These hula hoops will provide a new unit of hula hooping skills. Students usually use hula hoops during recess but have never been taught the skills it takes to properly use a hula hoop. Students will also be challenged to work as part of a team in order to create "hula huts" using these hoops. There are different challenges students will be presented with in order to build these huts together. The donation of these hula hoops and bags will allow my students to practice these new skills by having their own piece of equipment. A fun and exciting lesson for all.
