These materials will help my students calm down when they are upset or just need time alone to regroup. Students in crisis often can't explain what is wrong, but with sensory items, they can play and begin to calm down. Colors and soft materials help children with autism relax and regain a sense of self and comfort while at school. By donating to this project, you will help children in need to channel their crisis into positive energy in order to calm down and understand that they are not alone. These materials will also help students gain control of their world.

About my class
