Our students will benefit directly from the proposed iPad because they will be able, not only to learn about different ways and operating facilities in a technology-infused world but also be able to return to home and present to other classes the information that they have learned. This experience will benefit our curriculum because it will get my students more engaged in science and mathematics and quite possibly allow students to view mathematics in a different perspective and gear them towards a career in technology. The way we will measure our students learning is by having them present to other classes what they have learned and had them make a video from this experience. I also plan to have each student create a portfolio in which they write a summary of what they have learned, create a collage on what they have learned and create an iMovie in which they utilize the iPad. I will generate a test in order to evaluate if the
Florida State Standards were mastered or not. In a culminating activity, I will have our students fill up a page in our in our main school website with information, pictures, and data they collected from this experience.
