My students are a great bunch of motivated, respectful, and diverse students. Our school is located on the Yakama Nation Native American Reservation. With rich ties in tradition, family, and education we work hard everyday to advance in our academics. With more than 60% of our students with ESL backgrounds, we are working on learning academics as well as the English language. At our elementary school we are also a fully free lunch school due to our low-income demographics. STEM education is also a great part of our day. Learning through hands-on activities and real world projects, helps us become better qualified for the technology filled world around us! We incorporate technology with Chromebooks and Google Classroom on a daily basis. Integration of technology is not only fun and engaging, but a skill needed to be successful in the new age of our global economy.
