Through the use of the Giant Magnetic Base 10 Blocks, students will be able to see and manipulate the numbers to help further their understanding of the more complex math concepts. Then they will use the Stereo Headphones on math apps to further practice the new skills. The more senses used, the more likely the concept is to be understood. By physically moving the block to understand the process and then using that knowledge and relating it to the math apps, students will be more likely to truly understand what they are doing while computing with more traditional methods.
