I teach sixth grade language arts class in a Title I charter secondary school that includes sixth through twelfth grade. Even though it is a Title I school, parent involvement is very high. We also place a great deal of emphasis on service and cover projects that aid our school, community, state, and we even are involved in international service every year. We focus on ensuring the students are provided with an enriching standards base education and engage the students in extra curricular activities and quality specialty courses, including STEM, ASL, art, band, and PE.

About my class
