We have partnered with over 20 schools across Europe, South America, and Africa to discuss the 17 Sustainable Development Goals created by the United Nations in September 2015. During this school year, we will collaborate on common issues affecting our own neighborhoods, as well as addressing the issues facing our entire planet. A webcam will allow vital conversations to occur between our urban Los Angeles students, science students in Italy, French students in vocational training and boarding school students in Sweden. Already, their similarities are more evident than differences. In time, solutions to the big problems are much more possible.

About my class
