"The more you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go." -Dr. Suess The set of books that I am requesting for my students will help fill my classroom library and, in turn, the minds of my students. As a first-year teacher, I am slowly building my classroom library. These books will be a huge help in growing this library! I believe reading is one of the most essential components of learning. When students have a diverse, full classroom library, they are able to learn and grow in extraordinary ways. Help enrich the classroom experience for my 1st-graders with a range of new books to grow their minds!
