Our pencil sharpener recently died, and although it's a little thing, we rely on it every day. The hassle of hand crank sharpeners is slowing us down and distracting those that are easily distracted. Life would be much easier and stress free for these fourth graders if they didn't have to worry about how they're going to get their pencil sharpened. Currently I'm sending them across the hall during break times to sharpen pencils to make sure they're ready for the day. We'd love to have a new, easy to use, hassle free sharpener to make our days go smoother!
