I am starting a new adventure this year teaching 8th grade US History in a new school. My 8th grade students are as diverse as the world around them and come to my classroom from a variety of backgrounds. As an educator I try to find new and creative ways to teach my students. I pride myself on teaching my students in a classroom environment that is welcoming and gives them some choice in classroom seating. Sometimes this means reaching them through different techniques. I strive to ensure my students have all the materials and supplies needed to help them be successful throughout the year and in the future!
