The majority of the diverse group of students that walk into room 254 come from low-income households. These young scholars face many challenges yet approach each with tenacity. Their eagerness to improve and hone their skills is evident in their search for more knowledge, including their willingness to approach problems head-on. Furthermore, when given thought-provoking writing, they are more than willing to participate in academic work and discourse.

About my class
