My students are always so excited whenever they are able to use computers. They would benefit from the opportunity to participate and rotate in literacy centers daily. This would really help my students become more engaged, especially the ones who are easily distracted. Having computers would help them to take more control of their own education by being able to review and learn new, unfamiliar words independently. What a great confidence booster! Other activities would involve reviewing phonics and math skills with a number of websites. Some of our readers would even enjoy researching topics of interest and sharing their new discoveries with their peers. There are so many fun, interactive educational games the children will participate in. It such an exciting way to learn!
