My vision is to provide for the English Language Learners (ELL) a smaller setting to received structural lessons of language and reading to improve their English language acquisition. At the same time, we need to have the tools to mitigate the COVID-19 spread. The goal is to monitor the environment and learners by providing quick health screening with temperature checks, have accessible disposable and fabric masks, tissues, and hand sanitizer. It is imperative for students to feel safe during the extended learning time. Moreover, the district established specific guidelines and protocols to ensure a “Healthy & Safe Ready-to-Learn” environment. One of the precautionary actions we have in place is that each student has their own water bottle because the water fountains are non-operational. Also, the learning areas such as tables, electronic devices, among others, will have to be wiped frequently with a disinfectant wipe. We appreciate your donation! It will keep our students to feel safe and healthy during their learning experience!
