My students struggle to sit for hours in a classroom. A wiggle seat that they can use in both my resource classroom and their general education classroom will allow them to move in their seats. Many students my classroom have ADHD and have a need for active seating. When your body is moving, your brain is more engaged in learning. By having a wiggle seat, my students are allowed to move without calling attention to their movement. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve student focus, you will help to increase their academic achievement and confidence.
