We are using technology daily. To be more hands on, we will be utilizing the new Fire tablets in a more mobile effort to use the technology with STEM related projects, as well as project based learning in social studies and science. The hope is for us to use the apps that can be accessed with the tablets to extend each student’s learning in a more real world experience. These tablets can and will also be used to download ebooks and audiobooks that students may not otherwise have access. The touch capability will allow students with fine motor disabilities to better use technology in the classroom, as well.

About my class
