My students are curious and excited to learn. We have created a welcoming classroom community that helps children feel comfortable to try new things and take risks in class. My students enjoy reading, writing, math, and especially science. We have a STEM program at our school. My class is focused on collaboration and critical thinking. We use WICOR in every lesson. WICOR stands for writing, inquiry, collaboration, and reading. My students are especially good at the inquiry and collaborative parts of WICOR. I encourage my students to be respectful, responsible, safe, helpful, and friendly. We are an inclusive group full of critical thinkers and problem solvers. My kids often think of ways they can give back to the community and they like to think about how they will use their learning in everyday life. Your donations will go toward helping my students grow and thrive.
