This helps them to get a clear picture of their life's journey and what is causing the emotional breakdown. The journals will also be like a timeline of their journey and pinpoint ways they can better express themselves during a crisis. As the students begin to work diligently towards their emotional issues then it will assist them in the classroom. In addition, a well adjusted student is a happy student and a more productive student at school, in the community and at home as well.
