As times have changed, technology has increased greatly within the classroom. Most of our assessments and some of our interventions are done through a computer. Even though headphones are asked on the school supply list, only a handful of students come into the classroom with them. Headphones are a must for the students to be successful and unfortunately not every student can afford them. These headphones would increase learning and allow the students to be engaged during their computer time. It will also increase confidence when my students don't have to feel ashamed for not having headphones when it's times to be on the computer.
