Throughout each day, nearly 150 fifth and sixth grade students enter my reading classroom. Each student is anxious to dive into our novels and embark on a reading adventure every day. We have fun in class and make reading exciting! I see each group of students for 40 minutes per day, which gives me the opportunity to reach a multitude of students and to engage them all in the reading process. My students are an absolute joy and are full of enthusiasm, as you can see by our classroom photo!

About my class
