My third grade Math/Reading students are easily inspired by each other as they collaborate to problem solve with fellow classmates. Research shows, students who work together in teams become more innovative, their communication improves and success rates increase to reach goals. My students love to help each other learn. This is why it is so very important to help them find materials and accessories such as headsets and comfy floor seats. Students who are in a comfortable secure setting are more likely to participate, remain engaged as they build stamina while taking ownership of their learning.
