We are a title one school. Our students come from various backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. My first grade students are bright and eager to learn. My students are very diverse and need to work on varied instructional levels. My student group includes students with varied speech and language development, students with specific learning disabilities and students who have experienced a prior retention. All children learn at their own pace as do adults, therefore this program helps to guide the material to meet individual needs. They enjoy the independent atmosphere in the room.

About my class
