This library will foster the love of reading with students who struggle to read. Seeing books on their level will convince them that reading is not such a horrible task. Knowing that they are able to finish one book and do well on the a AR test pushes them to pick one more book up. Reading will be come addicting. The more they read books on their level and succeed, the more they like to challenge themselves and prevail. The ability to read is such an important skill that no child should grow not knowing how. My students will encounter more hardship but having this library might help overcome one hurdle.
