Being in my 3rd year of teaching, I am always looking for ways to keep my students excited and engaged in learning. My students are often learning through technology in preparation for Higher education. Many of the students are easily distracted by noises around them and have limited ability to block out those interruptions. Often they will get off task and it impedes in their learning goals. By creating an environment that allows students to remain focused, I hope to foster each learners strengths in a way that works for them. Offering headphones and progress reports to both parents and students, will help them visually see where they are progressing daily. With these headphones and paper, I hope to give my students an enjoyable environment minus interruptions and visual logs to help aid in their success on a day to day basis.
