Using the iPad I will be able to use Class dojo and students can play Prodigy. I will have one more device that students can use in my class. Flex seating is given students an opportunity to move. Many ADHD students need multiple ways to receive information; seated, standing, walking, or moving in their seats. My students struggle with long term, short term memory, processing information and more. Using manipulatives that large geometry items they are able to make a connection with what is being said and what they are seeing. New math books will help bring literacy into Mathematics. I plan to add in more activity that works with the English teacher so that students are building multiple skills. Literacy is so important, so why not add it to my math class.
