These materials, including Lego Mindstorms EV3 sensors and motors, for our robot would greatly help our students because it would help us compete with the schools that are more advanced in Lego League and have more resources than we do. We have taken first place the last two years in the project portion of the competition but our robots have been sub par to compete against other teams. Our team is using two kits that are incomplete to compete with and we are trying to make due. If we had complete sets our team would be able to compete more effectively. This is especially important for our students to experience STEM activities and have the same opportunities as other students who have easier access to such activities.
