My kids enjoy the benefits of daily yoga. Our class size of 28 doesn't allow for all students to use the circle rug in our classroom. Yoga mats will help each student to have a designated area for working out. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their ability to gain self control. We all participate in yoga together and challenge each other. We monitor our personal growth towards goals we established at the beginning of the year and adjust our goals each quarter. My kids love the skills they have learned with yoga.
