My students are future doctors, lawyers, teachers, artists, authors, illustrators and entrepreneurs. Although diverse in their learning, they all possess the ability to do great things given the necessary instruction and materials. Over 98% of my students are at-risk, receive free/reduced breakfast and lunch, and come from single-parent, low socio-economic homes. Despite the circumstances they face, both academically and in their home life, my students come to school eager to learn and to express themselves through their learning. Their energy and enjoyment makes teaching them a privilege each and every day! My students look forward to learning new ideas and finding ways to persevere in their learning!
