I am a second grade teacher at Metcalf School in Exeter. I have been a Special Education teacher for the past 23 years. This is my first classroom as the main teacher. I love the students and all of the materials that were handed down to me. The students are still very young and most of their instruction is done on the carpet. Unfortunately, I have 18 second graders in my class. The rug in the picture was given to me and is too small to accommodate my class. I have already spent so... much money in getting my room ready for this energetic grade level. It would mean the world to me to have a carpet that had enough space. More learning time and less arguing, that is my goal.
