With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their level. The more they read and enjoy what they are reading the more they will read which will help them become better readers. They will be able to choose books that interest them. When they get excited about what they are reading they will share the books and their excitement with friends and family. They will spend time reading to their siblings, parents, cousins or grandparents.
