I am requesting twenty-four subscription to Scholastic News. These magazines will be new every week, and act as a supplement to my students' already solid science and social studies education. The magazines will be new and exciting each time the students receive a new one. These magazines will also include helpful resources inside that will build upon skills they will need to take state assessments in later grades. This package also includes multiple supplemental teacher resources as well to help boost students' understanding of the science and social studies topics. My students will also use these magazines as a way to spark their own interests. The magazine can be read independently and the teachers will encourage students to take learning into their own hands.
