Wow. Its hard to describe my classroom. In many ways it is a typical 4th grade classroom. If you aren't familiar with the city of Danbury, CT. We have about 80,000 residents of mixed incomes and wonderfully diverse backgrounds. Most notably from Brazil, Ecuador,and Guatemala. We also have large groups of Lao, Cambodian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, Salvadoran, Lebanese, Portuguese, Pakistani, Albanian and many more. My classroom is a fun, relaxing place to be. I try to create a relaxed, yet structured atmosphere that makes kids feel safe and excited to learn. I'm always looking for more ways to make it unique and welcoming.
