My students love hands-on activities. I would like to incorporate STEM bins with an art component into my classroom. Designing, building, drawing and writing about a structure will help my students use their creativity and critical thinking skills. Every student in my class loves hands-on activities, especially STEM activities. My project needs pencil cases for storage, wooden blocks, base ten blocks, dominoes, wooden planks, and magnetic tiles. Students will use different materials to build different structures. My hope is that my students will be creative, happy students while in my 3rd grade classroom and for the rest of their life.
