Our growing 6th grade band program is bursting at the seams with eager students who want to learn inaccessible instruments. The baritone horn is a melodic tenor line instrument that adds a rich color to the ensemble and overall color of the music that we play. Considered an expensive specialty instrument, baritone horns are not readily available in many middle school and high school band programs. Our students have shown great interest in this instrument particularly for its' role in the color of wind ensemble literature and understand how vital it is to include this instrument into our musical family.
