I teach at a diverse and innovative Title I dual-language Greek charter school. I am the urban farm coordinator, a high school social studies teacher, and a student government adviser. I lead a multitude of clubs, including "Green Team," "Girls Grow Greens," and Future Farmers of America. I currently run a large hydroponic lab that harvests 6,000 leafy greens on a monthly basis. I teach Food Studies: Culture and Environment, Food Studies: History and Power, Future of Food, Principles of Plant Growth, and Hydroponic Production.
