This project's purpose is to promote and motivate students to clean up in the lunch room. Only the best of the best gets the reward. Therefore it is a friendly and fun competition to see who can clean up after themselves more times in a week or the duration chosen for grades Kindergarten to second grade and third grade to fifth grade. The class out of each category will receive a prize of their choice as the reward and display a golden spatula in their class for a week. We have many fun and exciting rewards for the best cleaning class to choose from. Some of the rewards are crazy hat day, crazy sock day, pj day, surprise snack day, extra recess, etc. We are hoping to have help sponsoring snacks for if and when the classes chose a surprise snack. We are looking for snacks such as mini rice crispy treats, individual munchy snack mix, and individual chex mix. These snacks will help motivate students to want to be the best cleaners possible as well as teach students some healthy options for a snack.
